Wisdom LMS Features

Course building, live training, flexible payments, user management, analytics, and verifiable certificates. Every capability corporate training teams, institutions, and course creators need, on one platform.

Course Building & Content Authoring

Custom Pages

Build and publish public pages inside your LMS with a block-based page builder. Hero sections, content and article layouts, feature grids, team blocks, and FAQs, edited through structured forms and reordered by dragging. Pages carry their own draft and published states, and any published page can be added to your main navigation.

AI-Powered Course Builder

Turn a course title into a working outline. The AI drafts your section structure, lesson and quiz titles, course description, learning objectives, prerequisites, and intended audience. You review the draft, request revisions, and approve it before anything is created. Lesson content and quiz questions are then authored by you.

Interactive Lessons

Upload SCORM and HTML5 packages as `.zip` files up to 1 GB, built in Articulate Storyline, Rise, iSpring, Adapt, or any tool that exports the standard formats. SCORM completion status and scores feed straight into learner progress and credits. An AI avatar experience is available as a third interactive type.

Multi-Instructor Courses

Add any number of co-instructors to a course by email. Each gets full working access to that course and its students, and you choose which of them appear publicly on the course page. Every instructor row carries a revenue share percentage recorded against the course.

Flexible Quiz Builder

Four question types: single choice, multiple choice, text entry, and file upload. Randomize question order and draw a random subset from a larger bank, set time limits, scheduled windows, and attempt limits, and pick from four grading methods. Manual grading with per-question overrides and a results release step, plus CSV attempt exports.

Credit-Based Evaluation

Allocate credits from 0 to 100 to individual lessons and quizzes. Learners earn them in proportion to their scores, and the resulting earned credits percentage places them in the grade bands you define, which in turn decide which certificate they receive.

Live Learning & Sessions

Private Sessions

Publish your availability as recurring weekly hours with date-specific overrides, buffers, minimum notice, and a daily cap. Learners book in their own time zone, pay at the point of booking, and the meeting is created automatically. Sessions can run on Zoom, a custom link, or in person.

Live Lessons

Schedule a live class as a lesson inside your course, for 2 to 1,000 participants. Every enrolled learner joins through a link registered to them, host start links stay with hosts, and a free licensed host is selected automatically from your Zoom pool. A custom link provider covers other meeting tools.

Auto-Publish Recordings

Tick the get recordings option when scheduling a Zoom class, and the recording is fetched after the session, imported, and re-hosted on your platform's own streaming delivery. It appears on the live lesson where the class took place, for enrolled learners.

Payments & Monetization

Accept Online Payments

Connect Stripe, PayPal, or PayHere and sell courses, private sessions, installments, and subscriptions. Each gateway has a sandbox mode for end-to-end testing, several can run at once, and learners are enrolled automatically when payment is confirmed and verified against the order.

Installment Payments

Split a course into named installments with their own prices, and link each to the sections it opens. Offer pay in full, pay as you learn, or automatically collected recurring payments. Sections with no installment attached stay open to everyone enrolled.

Pay as You Learn

An option on the installments model that lets learners buy each part as they reach it. They commit to the first section only, and anyone who stops early keeps permanent access to what they paid for, along with their progress and results.

Course Sale Price

Discount a course with either a sale price or a percentage off, scheduled with a start and end time, under a custom label of your own such as Early Bird or Launch Week. The original price stays intact underneath, so pricing resumes automatically.

Course Subscriptions

Charge recurring access to a course at weekly, monthly, or yearly prices, with the option to display a yearly plan as its monthly equivalent. Access lasts while the subscription is active, and progress is retained if it lapses. Requires Stripe or PayHere Plus.

Manual Payments

Publish your own payment methods with rich-text instructions for bank transfer or offline payment. Learners upload a confirmation document, an administrator approves it with the real transaction date, and enrollment follows automatically. Receipts are visible only to approvers.

Instructor Revenue Sharing

Record each instructor's revenue share percentage against the course that earns it, so splits live next to the sales they apply to. Course pricing surfaces the platform fee and resulting gross income while you set each price.

Access & User Management

Course Access Management

Five access duration modes, from lifetime to a set period after enrollment, plus a course launch date. Restrict a course to optional user groups, auto-enroll the members of mandatory groups, and hide individual lessons or quizzes from learners while you finish them.

User Groups

Build groups from six rule types: text, dropdown, and date profile fields, roles, email domains, and enrolled courses. All rules must match. Membership re-evaluates automatically on sign-up, profile change, and enrollment, while manually added members are preserved.

User Metadata Fields

Add text, date, and single-select dropdown fields to user profiles. Control which roles see them, whether learners can edit them, and whether they are sensitive or shown in listings. Enforce unique values with a conflict resolution workflow, and use a field such as employee ID as the displayed identifier.

Broadcasts

Send rich-text email to a user group, everyone enrolled in selected courses, or all users. Send now or schedule it, track progress as it sends, retry failures, and cancel scheduled sends. Learners can re-read past messages on an Announcements page.

Bulk Enrollment

Add people to courses and groups at scale. Search and select, or paste a list of identifiers matched on email, username, or your own profile field. Every list is analyzed and shown to you before anything is written, and each run is kept as a job record.

Roles and Permissions

Super Admin, Admin, Instructor, and Student come configured, and you can create your own roles. Permissions are grouped across courses, media, pages, e-commerce, users, and broadcasts, and distinguish between all courses and only the ones a person manages. Sensitive user data has its own permission.

Analytics, Progress & Certification

Course Analytics

Enrollment counts split by status, cohort distribution across progress and credits, and per-item engagement showing exactly which lesson or quiz loses people. The Course Progress and Completion report filters by group, status, and date range, and exports to CSV.

Learner Progress Tracking

One profile per learner showing every enrollment with progress, credits earned, status, and completion date, and a drill-down into their movement through any course. Learners get the same view of themselves, including their certificates.

Course Certificates

Issue certificates automatically by grade band, each band with its own template. Every certificate carries a unique issue number, the grade, and the credits behind it, with a public verification page anyone can check without an account. Reissue limits and transcripts are configurable per course.

Platform & Administration

Custom Domain and Branding

Run on your own domain with certificates issued automatically after verification. Set light and dark logos, a favicon, and a primary color that carries through the interface, along with header layout, container width, and navigation settings. Installable as a progressive web app.

Two-Factor Authentication

App-based one-time codes from any standard authenticator, with a guided enrollment that confirms the device before switching on, and recovery codes issued and regenerable. Sits alongside password sign-in, Google single sign-on, and magic-link sign-on.
