Connect Wisdom LMS to the Tools You Already Use

Payments, video meetings, email, and authentication integrations to power corporate training, customer education, and online course delivery. Credentials are configured once in the Wisdom LMS SaaS Portal.

Payment Gateways

Worldwide Payments

Accept payments from learners worldwide.

Stripe, PayPal, and PayHere are integrated for automated payments, each with its own sandbox mode for testing the full purchase-to-enrollment flow before going live. Supported pricing models include one-time purchases, subscriptions, installment plans, and pay-as-you-learn sections, plus manual bank transfers with receipt uploads for learners who cannot pay by card. Recurring billing is supported by Stripe and by PayHere on the Plus plan.

Video Meetings

Live & Recorded

Run live training and publish recordings automatically.

Zoom integration runs live classes and group sessions as lessons inside your courses, for up to 1,000 participants. Every enrolled learner joins through a registration link belonging to them, and a free licensed host is selected automatically from the pool of Zoom accounts you configure. After a session ends, the cloud recording is fetched, imported, and re-hosted on your platform, appearing on the live lesson itself. A custom link provider covers Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and other tools, without the per-learner links or recording pull.

SMS Providers

Time-Sensitive Alerts

Send notifications and verification codes via SMS.

Sending time-sensitive notifications to learners by SMS, including phone verification, payment confirmations, and programme announcements, is on the Wisdom LMS roadmap. Twilio and Hutch are planned for upcoming releases. Today, learner communication runs through email.

Email Services

Bulk & Automated

Send transactional emails and targeted broadcasts.

SendGrid is integrated and available today. Connect it with your own API key and sending address so broadcasts and platform email go out under your own domain and sending reputation rather than a shared one. Broadcasts target a user group, everyone enrolled in selected courses, or your whole user base, with scheduling, progress tracking, and retry on failure. Mailchimp, Mailgun, and Brevo are on the roadmap, widening the choice of provider for promotional campaigns.

Authentication Providers

Secure Access

Single sign-on and social login for learners.

Google single sign-on is available today for one-click signup and login. Existing users are matched by email address, new users are created from their Google profile with your default role, and because email domain is one of the user group rule types, organizational sign-ins are placed into the right group automatically. For organizations whose people arrive from an internal portal, magic-link sign-on provides a configurable handoff with a sign-in button you label yourself. App-based two-factor authentication is available alongside either. Facebook and Microsoft sign-on are on the roadmap.
