See how a course is actually performing: how many people are enrolled and finished, how the cohort is distributed across progress and credits, which individual lessons are being engaged with, and which are being skipped.
Each course has an overview showing total enrolled learners split into in-progress and completed, with a preview of the learners in each state and their progress and credit totals. Alongside it, a distribution view buckets your cohort into 0 to 25, 25 to 50, 50 to 75, and 75 to 100 percent bands for both progress and earned credits. That distribution is usually more useful than an average, because it tells you whether you have a cohort progressing steadily or a split between people who finished and people who never started.
Every individual lesson and quiz has its own engagement view: how many learners have engaged with it, how many have not, and how many have completed it, each as a count and as a percentage of enrollments. This is the number that finds the problem. A course sitting at 60 percent completion tells you something is wrong; the lesson where engagement drops off tells you where.
A dedicated report lists every enrollment with filters that match how people actually ask questions: filter by status, search by name, filter by the date range someone enrolled or completed in, and filter by user group. Sort by name, enrollment date, status, overall progress, earned credits, or completion date. Everything you have filtered to exports as CSV, which is what you send to HR, a funder, or an academic committee.
For assessments, instructors see every attempt, drill into individual answers, override marks per question, and release results. Attempts export to CSV filtered by whether results are pending or released, and the export carries your visible user profile fields as columns, so an employee ID or cohort arrives in the file rather than being matched up afterwards. Each quiz also shows a mark distribution across four bands.
Answer the question your business actually asks, which is not "how is training going" but "has the Operations team completed the compliance module." Group and date filters plus CSV export give you that answer in the format the requester wants.
Spot the module where a cohort stalls, at the level of the individual lecture or reading. Per-item engagement makes the difference between knowing completion is low and knowing which week caused it.
Give instructors real performance data on their own courses: how their cohort is distributed, where learners drop off, and how their assessments are scoring, all scoped to the courses they teach.
Track mock exam performance across a cohort with mark distribution and full attempt exports, so you can see whether a candidate group is improving or plateauing before the real sitting.
Engagement is reported on every individual lesson and quiz.
Filter by group, status, and date range, then export to CSV.
