Publish the hours you are available and let people book a one-to-one session with you. The booking page handles time zones, pricing, and payment, and the meeting is created automatically when the booking is confirmed.
A session type is the thing people book: its name, description, duration in minutes, price, and language. Choose how it is delivered, with a Zoom meeting created automatically, a custom meeting link you supply, or an in-person session with no link at all. Give it a cover image and a public page, and it is bookable.
Availability is set per host as recurring weekly hours, with date-specific overrides on top for the days that break the pattern. Around that, set a buffer before and after each session so bookings do not run back to back, a minimum notice period so nobody books you for twenty minutes from now, a daily limit on how many sessions you will take, and a booking window that either rolls forward a set number of days or runs between fixed dates.
The public booking page shows available dates and time slots converted to the visitor's chosen time zone, calculated from your weekly hours minus your buffers, your daily limit, and everything already booked. When someone picks a slot it is held for them while they check out, so two people cannot take the same time. Holds that are not completed expire and the slot returns.
Sessions go through the normal checkout, so a private session can be paid for with any gateway you have connected, and you can accept a flexible or pay-what-you-want price if that suits your practice. Once payment lands, the session is scheduled, the Zoom meeting is created, and the host is notified by email with a link to add it to their calendar. The learner gets their order confirmation and sees the session in their dashboard.
Sell your time without bolting a separate scheduling tool onto a separate payment tool. Coaching calls, tutoring hours, and portfolio reviews are booked and paid for on the same platform your courses live on.
Offer one-to-one review sessions alongside your course: a candidate who fails a mock exam books a targeted hour, and it is scheduled, paid, and on the calendar without a coordinator in the middle.
Time zone handling is built into the booking page, so a learner in another region books a real slot in their own local time rather than doing the arithmetic and getting it wrong.
Learners pick a slot and pay without leaving your platform.
Buffers, minimum notice, and a daily cap on bookings.
Slots are held during checkout and released if it is abandoned.
