Access & User Management

Bulk Enrollment

Get a lot of people into a course or a group in one go. Paste a list, see exactly what the platform matched before anything happens, then confirm.

How It Works

Two Ways to Add People

**Find and add** is for small numbers: search your users, select the ones you want, and add them. **Add by list** is for scale: paste your identifiers, one per line, from whatever system they came out of.

Choose What Identifies Your People

You are not forced to use email. Pick the identifier that matches the list you have, whether that is email address, username, or one of your own profile fields. If your HR export gives you employee numbers, paste employee numbers and match on the Employee ID field you defined.

Review Before You Commit

The list is analyzed first. You see what matched, what did not, and what is already enrolled or already a member, before anything is written. That review step is the difference between a bulk operation you can trust and one you run and then spend an afternoon auditing. Nothing changes until you confirm.

Runs Are Recorded

Bulk operations run in the background so a large list does not tie up your screen, and each run is kept as a job record with its outcome. When someone asks in three months why a particular cohort was added, the answer is in the job history rather than in somebody's memory.

Groups Remember Who You Added by Hand

People added manually to a group are marked as manual members. Rule-based membership re-evaluation removes people who no longer match their group's rules, but it leaves manual members alone, so a deliberate addition is not quietly undone. You can filter any group's member list by whether people arrived by rule or by hand, and remove individuals as needed.
