Recordings of your live sessions appear on the lesson itself after the session ends, hosted on your own platform. Learners who missed the class watch it in place, and nobody has to download, upload, or share a drive link.
When you schedule a Zoom live lesson, tick the get recordings option. That is the whole setup. Cloud recording must be enabled on the Zoom host account, which is a Zoom-side setting on your own account.
Once the session's end time has passed, the platform requests the recording from Zoom, imports the MP4, and moves it through a visible status sequence so you can see where it is: waiting, checking, requested, processing, then completed. Only completed video files are imported, and each is matched to its Zoom recording so nothing is pulled twice.
The video is not left as a link into Zoom. It is downloaded and re-uploaded through the platform's own streaming delivery, so it plays inside the lesson alongside your recorded video lessons and stays available if the Zoom-side retention window passes.
The recording appears on the live lesson itself, in the same position in the course structure where the session happened. A learner who missed Tuesday's class opens Tuesday's lesson and watches it, with no separate archive to navigate and no request to an administrator.
Members who could not attend a workshop live still get the content, on the same lesson, without an administrator distributing files. That matters when attendance or content access has to be evidenced for a credential.
Run a session once at a time that suits one region, and let everyone else pick it up asynchronously. A distributed cohort stays on the same course sequence even when they cannot share a clock.
Recordings are fetched, imported, and published without a person.
Videos are re-hosted and stream from your own course.
The replay sits on the same lesson, for enrolled learners only.
